Expedition leader Bryan Thompson doubles up as a chef as he prepares a Kain-era inspired meal of goat stew, a task that proved to be more difficult than reaching the summit of Bugaboo Spire. The goal of the Bugaboo Spire Centennial Climb Project was to come as close as possible to experiencing what it was like to undertake a mountain expedition one century ago. It included cooking the same food that would have been available on the market at that time.
